The winter holidays will be here before we know it. Christmas decor is already in the stores and soon the big catalogs of toys will be out and kids will anxiously circle their wish lists. As a parent I hate going to big box stores and fighting the crowds to only be left with a load of toys to sneak into the house to wrap. When possible I love going to local toys stores in our area, that not only wrap your purchases but also help you find a gift that is age appropriate. I wanted to share with you about a Chain of stores, Brilliant Sky Toys and Books that recently created the top 12 hot toys of for 2013. BrilliantSkyBrillianceAwards2013-1
Shoppers who are lucky enough to live near one of 15 Brilliant Sky Toys & Books specialty stores already take advantage of this concierge-style superior customer service, free gift wrap and wide range of fabulous finds. These Top 12 run on brain power, wonder and imagination.
Brilliant Sky has created numerous product review videos to help you learn about these great Brilliance Award winners and more. Be sure to check them out here!. Not only do you see the product but you can see it functionality and really get an idea if this is something your child would enjoy.
We were fortunate to try two items from the Top 12 Brilliance Award features, the Lego City Brickmaster and the magnetic darts. Both a huge hit in my home. What a brilliant idea to have a magnetic dart board that wont put holes in your walls and can serve as math practice if your kids want to keep score.
Bringing Lego’s into the house is a sure winner too. A creative way to get kids to build things and all in a handy book that makes for a great gift to any Lego Fan as there are several different projects you can build. A great toy to travel with as well.
Before heading out to the big stores, head to your local toy store and get the extra attention you need to keep the toys from just collecting dust after Christmas.
What is on your kids Hot Toys list this year?
