I love that all the recipe pages have pictures attached.  I am a visual cook so seeing what I am about to cook helps me in the kitchen as well as chosing the recipe.  I made this quick rotissere chicken pot pie recipe that can also be made ahead for the busy weekdays.

 
Not only does each page have a picture but also nutritional analysis and a quick tip for that particular recipe.  This is the prefect gift for any level cook on your gift list!!

  13. I love that this highlights diabetic-friendly recipes! A1 is Type 1, so I try to make things I know she can eat more easily than others. Having it noted in the book would be really helpful!
