I wanted to make a quick and easy dessert for my Tea Party so I took the suggestion of the Mommyparty kit and made mini brownies. I have made mini brownie bites before but they always seemed to get stuck or flow over. This time I decided to do something different.
I simply made a box brownie mix per the direction. This time I used individual mini-muffin cups and fill to the almost the top.
They came out so easily and look like little cupcakes. To frost them, I microwaved some canned Fudge frosting for a few seconds and then dipped the brownies. I quickly added some sprinkles.
I think they turned out great and the kids kept asking for cupcakes. Perfect size for a tea party or dessert tray! Single bite brownies without the worries of cutting them out of the pan.

Those look oh so yummy! Cupcakes are my biggest weakness!

These look delicious! did you bake them for less time than the box suggested? Please let me know!

Those look so yummy!!!
Those are adorable, and thanks for the frosting tip.
These look really cute! I also like the idea for the frosting – really easy
Yummy. These look delicious. And bite-sized mini muffin brownies are great for kids. They don’t need the full size anyway.
I never thought of making cupcakes from the brownies! Plus I like the idea of just melting the icing and dunking. Thanks!
Those look great. Soooo trying these this weekend.
